Since I am currently allowed to work a lot with Citrix sessions, I came to a point where I wanted to, unfortunately, once an end tools, which no longer functioned properly. With the usual key combination, I got no further.

After a brief search in the Citrix Knowledgbase I found the following combination that put me in the appropriate location to bring up the Task Manager

CTRL + F1

This combination makes the corresponding call also allow using Citrix

The first message from the newspaper with my coffee ritual morgentlichen Saturday, I was pleased that my suspicions proved true the last days: the euro rail has become quieter and more precisely the signal that sounds when the doors are closed. This has now been adapted by the manufacturer. A seat on the doors can now be used without a persistent tinnitus.

Another I was from a reader of this blog pointed out that you look at the schedule changes can now download via RSS feed and all the different routes for the network. That is in itself a step in the right direction. Now it is hoped only that the input will be implemented at larger delays quickly.

To date, were a T-Online users 1 GB or using the e-mail package 10 gigabytes are available. Right on time at the IFA 2010 in Berlin has now announced that this place will be increased to 25 GB and is already available for new registrations.

For existing customers this will be carried out from mid-November. If you want to have previously made the space available, you should use the service via the customer center of T-Online even log off and log back.

My advice for short-term intermediate save of the data because I'm not sure if the data is just after logging off again made available.

To Outlook 2007 you could simply delete the relevant NK2 file. How beireits in a previously published article that is now with Outlook 2010 no longer possible because the entries have been converted into a hidden element.

Thus, one must now use to delete the following call:
Outlook.exe / cleanAutoCompleteCache

By chance I discovered a very interesting site for me. There was a request that someone not from a customer network was able to access an Exchange server. The service was released for RPC over HTTPS the server and the mailbox. Now had to be examined, where the access is not possible.

In my research I came across the page for the "Microsoft Exchange Remote Connectivity Analyzer.
The following tests are currently available:

  • Exchange ActiveSync
  • Exchange ActiveSync Autodiscover
  • Synchronization, Notification, Availability, and Automatic Replies (OOF)
  • Service Account Access (Developers)
  • Outlook Anywhere (RPC over HTTP)
  • Discover Outlook
  • Inbound SMTP Email
  • Outbound SMTP Email

This tool can thus help in some cases, contact difficulties identifying, as in my case.

The automatic Namensversvollständigung behaves under Outlook 2010 inzwischenzeit a little different than we are used to.
It used to be just the file moved from one system to the next with "."

This is no longer necessary since Outlook 2010 converts using Microsoft Exchange nk2 the file in a hidden message, and thus on several Systme with Outlook 2010 always the same data can be used.

But it can now also be the case that one wants in addition to its standard file save another in this store.
This is importnk2 the command "outlook.exe /" possible, with the name of the file containing the profile name of Outlook configuration and correspond to the default storage folder must be made available.

A few days ago I received an inquiry from a relative who wanted to delete after transfer of the e-mail their old Hotmail account. Since I do not have a Hotmail account and never received any request had to delete one, I have now written a small guide that I would like to publish here.

  • From the Inbox from the bottom right you have to click on the "Account".
  • Now you have to let the "Additional Information"
  • There is close to the possibility of "account"
  • After entering the password for authentication you will be informed that this includes closing the mailbox, so what you usually want.

The account is now disabled for several days just before the deletion actually takes place. If you log on again with his data, this account will be reopened.
