To Outlook 2007, you could simply delete the appropriate NK2 file. As in a previously published article beireits this is now with Outlook 2010 no longer possible, because the entries have been converted into a hidden element.
Thus one must now use to delete the following call:
Outlook.exe / clean autocomplete cache
